What this policy covers
This policy explains how Zynitex uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies on zynitex.com.
A cookie is a small text file that a website can store in your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature that keeps a value on your device until it is cleared. Unlike cookies, local storage is not automatically sent with every request to our server.
Our main privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Our approach
We keep browser storage to the minimum needed to make the site work comfortably:
- we do not use advertising or remarketing cookies;
- we do not use analytics or cross-site tracking cookies;
- we do not sell or share data with ad networks; and
- the storage we use is functional and does not build a profile of your browsing activity.
If we add analytics, embedded media, or other tools that require consent, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before those tools load.
Storage we use
The site currently sets no cookies. The following local storage items may be created when you use certain features:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| theme | Local storage | Remembers whether you chose light or dark mode, so the site does not reset its appearance on your next visit. | Until you clear your browser storage. |
| zynitex:review:v1 | Local storage | Saves the review you submitted from this browser — including your name, optional contact and review details, media links, and a private edit token — so you can reopen and edit your own review later. The edit token is stored only in this browser; our database keeps only its hash. | Until you clear your browser storage. |
The theme entry contains no personal information. The review entry contains only the details you chose to submit and is never used for analytics or advertising. Clearing it removes your ability to edit the review from this browser, but does not remove the published review.
Third-party cookies
We do not currently set or allow third-party cookies on zynitex.com. If you follow an external link — for example to Instagram, WhatsApp, a client website, or one of our product sites — the destination site may set its own cookies or storage. Those are governed by that site's cookie and privacy policies, not ours.
Our hosting and security providers may process standard request data such as IP addresses and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. That processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
How to manage or clear storage
You can control cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Most browsers let you:
- view the cookies and storage a site has set;
- delete individual items or clear all site data;
- block third-party cookies; and
- clear browsing data when you close the browser.
The exact steps depend on your browser and device. Look for "Settings", "Privacy", or "Site data" in your browser menu. Clearing site data will reset your theme preference and the review-submission flag.
Because we do not use tracking cookies, there is no separate "reject all" control for advertising or analytics. If we introduce those technologies later, we will provide the required controls before they load.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our storage practices or the law change. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows when it changed. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or communicated to you where appropriate.
